Ceza Dairesi<\/strong> \u00fcyesi olarak g\u00f6revlendirildi\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ANKARA BA\u015eSAVCILI\u011eINDAN YARGITAY\u2019A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uzun y\u0131llar yarg\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 kademelerinde g\u00f6rev yapan <strong>G\u00f6khan Karak\u00f6se,<\/strong> \u00f6zellikle <strong>Ankara Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> d\u00f6neminde y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6nemli soru\u015fturmalar ve adli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla dikkat \u00e7ekmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HSK Genel Kurulu<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan <strong>Yarg\u0131tay<\/strong> \u00fcyeli\u011fine se\u00e7ilen <strong>Karak\u00f6se<\/strong>, b\u00f6ylece <strong>T\u00fcrk<\/strong> yarg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n en \u00fcst temyiz mercilerinden biri olan Yarg\u0131tay\u2019da g\u00f6rev yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YARGITAY 12. CEZA DA\u0130RES\u0130 KR\u0130T\u0130K DOSYALARA BAKIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Karak\u00f6se<\/strong>\u2019nin g\u00f6rev yapaca\u011f\u0131 <strong>Yarg\u0131tay 12. Ceza Dairesi,<\/strong> ceza yarg\u0131lamalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan y\u00fcksek yarg\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli daireleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Daire, yerel mahkemeler ile b\u00f6lge adliye mahkemelerinden gelen bir\u00e7ok ceza dosyas\u0131n\u0131 inceleyerek i\u00e7tihat olu\u015fumuna katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Verdi\u011fi kararlarla ceza hukukunun uygulanmas\u0131na y\u00f6n veren dairelerden biri olarak kabul ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u00dcKSEK YARGIDA YEN\u0130 D\u00d6NEM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HSK\u2019<\/strong>n\u0131n son d\u00f6nemde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi se\u00e7imler ve yaz kararnamesi kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcksek yarg\u0131 organlar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ya\u015fan\u0131rken, <strong>G\u00f6khan Karak\u00f6se<\/strong>\u2019nin <strong>Yarg\u0131tay 12.
