Soru\u015fturma dosyas\u0131nda, Ege\u015fehir <strong>Yap\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc S\u00fcleyman Ekinci\u2019nin<\/strong>, Do\u011fu ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde \u00e7e\u015fitli kamu ihalelerine ortak giri\u015fim modeliyle kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen <strong>Erensan \u0130n\u015faat<\/strong> firmas\u0131yla olan ticari ili\u015fkilerinin incelemeye al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle <strong>Kar\u015f\u0131yaka \u00d6rnekk\u00f6y 3. ve 4. Etap Kooperatif<\/strong> projelerine ili\u015fkin ihale s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ile yap\u0131 denetim mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u00c7IKAR \u0130L\u0130\u015eK\u0130S\u0130\u201d \u0130DD\u0130AS<\/strong>I<\/p>\n<p>Dosyada yer alan iddialara g\u00f6re, s\u00f6z konusu projelerde ihaleyi alan firmalar\u0131n yap\u0131 denetim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin de <strong>Ege\u015fehir Yap\u0131<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.
