S\u00f6zle\u015fmeye g\u00f6re kirac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131nmazda 3 y\u0131l kalacakt\u0131. Kararda, fesih s\u00fcresine uyulmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131yla taraflar\u0131n s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi her zaman sona erdirebilece\u011fi ifade edildi. Mersin\u2019de ya\u015fanan olayda ev sahibi Osman K\u0131z\u0131l, kirac\u0131 Adanan Kasap ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini, \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclemeyen m\u00fccbir sebepleri gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6stererek feshetti ve kirac\u0131dan evi belirli s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde bo\u015faltmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi. Kirac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131 tahliye etmeyince konu yarg\u0131ya ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131. Yerel mahkeme davay\u0131 reddetti.
