A\u00e7l\u0131k, yoksulluk, etnik veya ideolojik nedenlerle ba\u015flar. \u0130lkel ve yereldir, iyi \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmemi\u015ftir. Aksi takdirde Saddam H\u00fcseyin, Hitler gibi \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f tiranlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r.<br>\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Tiranlar\u0131n Baz\u0131 Y\u00f6ntemleri<br>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 ve nitelikli insanlar\u0131 sindirir veya \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcrler. Toplant\u0131lardan rahats\u0131z olurlar, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve e\u011fitim \u00e7ok k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131d\u0131r. Daha \u00f6nce iktidar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 olarak kabul ediliyordu. NGO\u2019lar\u0131n iktidar orta\u011f\u0131 kabul edilmesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi toplumun daha iyi y\u00f6netilmesi gerek\u00e7esi ile olu\u015ftu. \u201cKarar mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda bulunanlar ba\u015f\u0131na buyruk hareket etmemeli, topluma hesap vermeli beraber iyi y\u00f6netim sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d ilkesi esas al\u0131nd\u0131.<br>Demokrasinin bug\u00fcn geldi\u011fimiz d\u00fczeyi \u015fiddetin hak arama y\u00f6ntemi veya sorun \u00e7\u00f6zme y\u00f6ntemi olmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi \u00f6n kabul\u00fcn\u00fc \u015fart ko\u015far.<br>\u00d6zg\u00fcr ve \u00e7o\u011fulcu ortamda fikrine g\u00fcvenen ki\u015fi fikrini ifade edebildi\u011fi i\u00e7in \u015fiddete y\u00f6nelmeyecektir. Fikirler \u00e7arp\u0131\u015facak ger\u00e7ekler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. Alternatif fikirler, bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 toplumun olgunla\u015fmas\u0131 daha az hata yapmas\u0131 demektir.<br>\u015eiddete ba\u015fvurma \u00f6\u011fretisi yerini \u015fiddete ba\u015fvurmama \u00f6\u011fretisine terk etti\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde toplumsal \u015fiddet azalacakt\u0131r. Fikrine g\u00fcvenmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in \u015fiddete ba\u015fvuran birey ve gruplar toplumsal itibar g\u00f6rmeyecektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc fikirlerin \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fckleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece \u015fiddet kendili\u011finden azalacakt\u0131r.<br>KALEM KILI\u00c7TAN KESK\u0130ND\u0130R<br>\u0130nsanl\u0131k tarihinde ilk \u00e7a\u011flarda, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ilkel topluluklarda ve e\u011fitimsiz ki\u015filerde hak arama ve sorun \u00e7\u00f6zme y\u00f6ntemi olarak \u015fiddet ve sald\u0131rganl\u0131k bir yoldur.<br>Bu ki\u015filer genelde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye \u00f6nem vermeyen, muhakeme ile de\u011fil i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fcleri ile hareket eden ki\u015filerdir.<br>E\u011fitimsiz bir ki\u015fi haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman ne yapar. \u00d6rnek olarak vermek gerekirse, elinden elmas\u0131 al\u0131nan \u00e7ocuk, arabas\u0131na \u00e7arp\u0131lan bir adam, inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferleri ya\u015famas\u0131 engellenen ki\u015fi kar\u015f\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131 ile hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n kafas\u0131ndaki sorular\u0131 gidermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm odakl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnecektir.<br>Fikrine g\u00fcvenen ki\u015fi \u015fiddete ba\u015fvurmaz. \u015eiddet ve \u00f6fke acziyet i\u015faretleridir. Zor ama uzla\u015fmac\u0131 bir yol olan ikna ve inand\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemi en iyi hak arama y\u00f6ntemidir. \u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n insanlar\u0131na \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck sa\u011flamak ikna ve inand\u0131rma yolu ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.
